trying something new


Last week Justin and I went to dinner with our Friend who lives in St.George, he told me that they took there chairs away at his office and gave them the work out balls and he said he's lost some weight so i thought i would try it. It's a little low or my desk is a little high but it helps when i don't have work. just sit and bounce on it, the crazy part is if i just sit on it and don't bounce it kinda hurts my booty so that's good motivation to bounce or get up and walk around.



I also got this great work out Justin and I started the fit test and i started the first work our can you say ouch. I'm going to find the time it might be every other day but I'm going to work up to it.

Even just sitting on it will help your core. They use them at the gym (24 hr fitness) instead of chairs.
