Lots of changes to the yard, almost all the ivy gone and moved the all the roses to the left side of the door.
took out the live tree in front of the dinning room window and the dead one on the other side that got chocked out. pulled out all the grass out of the flower beds and took the stump out of the right side grass and planted grass there and out by the street next to the tress, and planted new bushes and flowers.

we're hoping to be able to get new windows next April with taxes hopefully get a new fence after that :)
