panting it up

so we wanted to get a bunch done on the house this year no big vacations this year because of DC next year.

so well it's cold and we don't have are taxes money yet we are going for what we can do:)

I've kinda decide it has a little more purple then i would like but

the kitchen looks a lot better

also the little bit of gross carpet that you can see will be leaving us in 

t 9 six days yahoo 

you have no idea how awesome that is because not only did the previous owners have cats that were in side but they also liked to pee on that carpet we've cleaned it and when it gets warm it still smells

bad enough that we have been putting lots of carpet powder down to cover it up. also we 

hope that it will improve the smell of the house when we've been away for a few days and then come back and it smells like it did when we first moved in ewwww.

just an old house smell but i think it will take removing the old cabinets and replacing the old plaster 

walls with new drywall and that's a lot of money.

 if the carpet helps i really would like to talk Justin in to just getting new cabinet doors to put a new face in the kitchen instead of riping it all out. i mean were not going to live here forever and if so there coming out. 

also we panted the living room and hall to get ready for the new carpet and all

it's lagoon white 

but there is some light blue and a little gray in it.

i almost like the primer gray color better but the room looks a lot bigger and it's so much more brighter in the day.

yeah nasty carpet it's been a good run but as ta laves ta baby.

 and for all you who's worried about the two little rascals messing up my new carpet

we're getting an awesome pad that does not soaked up anything and my husband works for heavens best and so

my carpet will be getting cleaned every 6 months to a year to keep it looking way better then this sad stuff.

also i was very proud of myself today i wanted to get some things cleaned that I've tried and failed or have just put off or were looking Rather nasty and finally my bathroom is just about as clean as it will get with OUT painting it. when we moved in if you can remember the bathroom was sick! i went to kfc and got some of the gloves we use to mix Cole slaw and put on 4 on each arm they go up past your elbow. well i hate to even tell anyone but there was stuff yes stuff splattered all over the walls and ceiling in there it that i never got off. not because i hadn't tried trust me i tried but to day with a little help from bleaching my kitchen cabinet doors i got the hottest water i could stand and scrubbed the whole bathroom down i mean i took paint off in some places cause that stuff was not staying on there anymore. now i find my self walking in to the bathroom for no reason other then to make sure it really is clean :)

also i finally found the most perfect turquoise nail polish color thank you printerest and Sally's beauty supply and my tulip bulb in the kitchen is growing i really hope this works out it would be supper cool and then i would get a new vase for it and next year do more then one kind:)
