new carpet :)

remember this yucky stuff . well we pulled it up last night and guess what it was not pretty.

we knew that the old owners had cats and that they had used by the front door and a potty but not the whole carpet. and all that carpet powder we were using found it a lot of it which is kinda crazy because our vacuum picks up dirt like non other. the pad could have been part of the powder because it was super flat and just kinda there.

Justin pulling up the tack strips which we found to be A LOT easier then pulling up all the Staples that had held the pad in place. every time i swept we found more we had missed but we got them all up :) lol

 i really don't know who thought this linoleum was pretty, cool or what it's like old bowling floor or it's  really just cream and some one had diff. colored sols on their shoes and they just dragged there feet a lot or what  not sure

 me mopping, lots of bleach and four buckets of  hot water and the water was still a little brown but i hope we got most everything as clean as we could before the new stuff went down.

it was passed midnight when we got done.  ;p

and then the carpet showed up from pioneer and an hour and a half later we had new everything and the pad is the stuff that helps keep any spills out of it. and it's so cushy

 we love it and my house smells so good
