today was the run that i found that started me wanting to get in to shape.
i believe I've been running a mile for two weeks almost everyday, I'm down 9 lbs and i fit in my 13/14's
that's right that makes me 218.4 now! i freaked out this morning when i got in the scale and it stopped were it did. BAM!!!
they were saying there was 25,000 people that showed up to run today. they also were saying they have raised more then a 112 million for leukemia doing this run.

I admit I'm a little bummed that the only thing i can find for next year so far is the half in D.C. not that, that wouldn't be a bad place to run. i couldn't find a picture of the race rout but the description said it would be around historic sites. i would just be scared it would be up a large flight of stairs :) as apart of the historic part.
I'm friends with the NWM face book page and i asked if they were going to have a run in San Fran again and they just told me to just wait for more info on more info so here's to i keep running and hoping :)
