a new look on life

so i had a thought the other night all this thinking of just the lbs doesn't really work,i can never stay motivated long enough to drop more then 6 or so lbs. i was going through some tweets when i came upon a woman's health mag tweet about the trending thing for woman is to run half marathons. i went down a list and came upon the Nike women's marathon in San Francisco.

Nike Women’s Marathon, the largest woman’s marathon in the world, takes place in San Francisco, California. The Nike Women’s Marathon is open to both women and men. A full 26.2 mile certified marathon course is available, as well as a half-marathon distance race of 13.1 miles.  However, it is quite hilly and difficult, so be prepared! Breathtaking course views from the start in Union Square to the finish along the Pacific Ocean will surely impress everyone. The event raises funds and awareness for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

i had read something about if you finish you win a necklace from Tiffany & co. they also had Tiffany colored shoes with the race logo on the tung. I'm not sure if its the full that you get the necklace but I'm shooting for the half. my sister in law suz found me an awesome begginger program that will get me ready in ten weeks. i have a year before this race because it's next week and I'm not ready at all. there is a few things am worried about like the days i have to run 8 and 11 miles in a day I'm just hoping my schedule will allow it I'm just glad that i have more then the ten weeks but I'm going to try my best. not only will i feel like I'm working trod more then just losing weight but to finishing something huge. (with the perks of getting healthy and losing weight)

OK i hope this makes sense but i got to go to work :)
