This weekend was a busy one Friday i had the dentist at 9 i don't usually get up till 11 trying to catch up on all the sleep i lose during the week with both jobs, got a good amount of deep cleaning done so when we move in the next to weeks it will make cleaning the apt easier. then i worked from 5 to 11 and had to go get milk for breakfast and was catching up on shows i missed till 3am when Justin came home from Enoch.
Saturday i got up at 7:30am so the family and some dedicated hunters could help with Kurtis' eagle project. man and what a project it is. we helped put seating for an amphitheater in Parown canyon. we dug holes and wheeled up the steel and contrite it was a good work out. down the hill to the mixer and up hill to the theater. then the guys lifting the wheel burrows up the steps to get the concrete to the right spots. it will look really good when it's done. he got 90 hrs so far and he only needed 80. he will get the young men in his ward to help him pain the steel this week and then after the Reunion he'll get the wood for the seats mounted on the steel I'll post pictures then hoping we have access to the net in our new house. after coming home from the mountain Shawn, kyle and i helped move the rest of the concrete to my parents back yard to finish a side walk that they extended outside for the addition. after taking a shower so i wasn't black and covered in spots of concrete took a half an hour nap and then off to Parown again for the iron county demo derby. We got there a little less then an hour till it started and still got high grandstand seats for us the cox family, smith family, gray and Shawn's sister Rachel and there family. CAN YOU SAY SUPPER LUCKY!!! there were so many people there that all the seats were full no walking room the grass was full the gates were they let the bulls out were full of people sitting on the fence there was a couch on the other side on a stack of hay people were sanding on there cars on the other side from the grandstands and people were sitting in the dirt house racing track with plenty of people standing were ever they could to see. it was nuts never seen that many people there at one time, sad part was the derby was kinda lame this year hopefully it gets good again next year.
after the derby we all went to Denny's for a bite, Kurtis and kyle came close to falling asleep at the table and then time for bed.
Sunday church moved from 1 to 9 which is a nice change other than we were up till 2am. the sad part about this is this will be our last Sunday in this ward I'm pretty sure our new ward is at 1 so we will be going on 3yrs with church at one, last time the changed ward boundary's so kinda crappy today's been good and when I'm done on this I'm going to nap and when i get up it will be 3 or 4 not 8 or 9 and i will still be able to sleep tonight. we might have to check out the family ward just for a time change! :)
well that was our weekend we hope to close on the house this week and get some cleaning done before we move in next week. love you all and hope to see you soon!
