Wahoo it finally happened!!! We put an offer on a place April 18 10' and everything seemed to go fast but really it was just going in circles for two weeks and then we haven't heard anything this whole time all we knew was our offer was sitting at the usda's office waiting to be seen. Well we started looking at other place's the last month or so and I'm sure our realtor wants to kills us we looked at like ten house's. We had looked at this one, one of the weeks we thought we had found the perfect place and this one was just another she threw in just to go threw so when we found out the place we really wanted had sold 20Min's before we were to look at it we looked at this one. we were just so bumbled we kinda blew it off like whatever, well this one kept coming back to mind every time we started looking so we went and looked at it again last week and put an offer in. we got approved today so the ball can start rolling. . . . we should be in by Sept 3rd if not "maybe" sooner.
it's a pretty sweet place and he he the net lies it says 2 bedroom but really its 4bed 2bath, 2bed and bath with kitchen and family room upstairs and HUGE living room with a kitchenette down stairs with two more bedrooms and another bath. the backyard had a cement pad and b ball hoop and another pad with a shed that we'll move someday and huge trees. it all needs a little work but it's going to be so fun for a first house :)
