A little behind in life

man where has the time gone....? the last 14
weeks has been a non stop crazy for us.. or at least me.

first we official sold our house and moved to a rental.
Not having a truck made this more stressful, but we made it threw thanks to Shawn, Erik and Tisha... well and Justin's boss for letting us use the work truck and trailer.

shortly after the move peanut hurt her back and was having a hard time climbing stairs so we headed to the vet. He put her on meds to help but we think the dose was to low ( just because we dealt with this when i was prego with Bristol, with olive) she ended up losing her back legs and couldn't potty on her own. a few week after some high doses of steroids we headed to Vegas to the vet hospital were they said she would have a  20%  chance of coming back after surgery. they said she would need 24 hour care for a good life so we were sad to put her down. poor girl and her sister olive has been down the last few weeks.

like always in may we hit up otter creek with the family. Brant was nice enough to pull the trailer up for us and Taylor showed up the last day and pulled it home.

since having a kid i don't get much fishing in so Justin out fished me.
but we all went out in papa's boat for a few hours and Bristol did really good!!

at first she didn't want to have anything to do with the fish but then she almost open mouthed kissed the last one.

after vaca we finally got the trailer hours all squared away. we didn't have ac so we got a few small units and a pool. Bristol loves the water (surprise surprise lol)

it's been so fun having a playground right across the street and taking walks in the evening. we've also done A LOT of cooking on the bbq to keep the heat out of the house. now if we could get ride of all the spiders. we've had the bug guy come twice but i think unless he climbs under the house we won't get them all.

Kasey and her fam. went to the summer games with us. we got free tickets in and then before it was over we found new seats for the firework show.

Bristol's newest thing is sleeping threw getting dressed one week. we have now tried to get her to sleep earlier that little night owl.

the city had a big thank you lunch for all the firefighters and police officers. we went and saw papa and the fire truck. then they did a demonstration of the drug dog attacking a guy, it was cool!!

Erik and Tisha came to visit and we all went bowling together. these two were so cute.

Bristol and Tyler

Bristol looking fly for church

lastly two week's ago we went to the city pool for Jacy's Birthday party and Bristol cried for the whole few hours we were there, kinda a bummer.

a week later we went camping at the KOA  in leads for the Jim Cox family reunion. we pretty much lived in the pool at least grandma, Kasey her girls, Kimber, Bristol, and I. This ended up being a 180 from the pool party the week before. she was all over the place jumping in the deep end, floating, blowing bubbles, driving around the pool with dad making car noises. it was so so fun and of course she was made when we got out. dad pulled our trailer over the nice guy. we got the ac cranked up and watched Disney movies at bed time, i got a good nap two days in a row it was nice.

then today we helped Kasey and Shawn move into there own house. it was fast with almost all there stuff in boxes still and there apartment is supper cute. i can check off running with a refrigerator as we rolled it to her new smaller storage unit.

I guess i should also add that our old neighbor chewed Justin out the other day when he was at maverick for letting young people buy our house because " the yard looks like hell now" we haven't dared drive down the street just look that way as we pass to grandmas and it hasn't looked bad. But after her talk with Justin we drove over there and 95% of the grass is dead our burning bushes are wiltie and half dead it looks so bad and when they put the ac in they did it wrong so it looks like it's falling out the window. SMH so so sad that they weren't taught how to take care of things and just go water stuff.... like our yard died in a month sounds like they haven't watered at all it's just a bummer.
