it's a great thing though when i'm being lazy and just walking more then i should or to help motivate me, she will go ahead of me or pick a land mark and say run to/past that bench or her bike. she has helped push me out of my comfort zone and it has helped me do better at my distance for sure! when i started training for my 10k in march i only ran from the top of a park on my trail to the bottom now she's got me running from the top down and around and under a tunnel into the little league fields and almost all the way past that, a little at a time. it's been so great having her, my mom, and Justin telling me how proud they are of me and to hang in there. if i make it to October there will be a HUGE thanks to those three for sure! it's a little depressing seeing my weight not changing but i know I'm building muscle and that fat has no chance. but it's hard seeing the finish line when your only finishing 1/3 of the training way to the race and with the crap load of hours i got this week at work I'm stressing out way bad because right now the race is my priority (trust me my list of undone chores shows it) lol
but the sunrise's have been so beautiful and it's been nice to get a workout in every day even if I'm falling asleep at work : / it's worth getting up ten to six.
also with our anniversary coming up we said the fun concert was all we were doing for each other but i was sneaky and Justin had said he was really wanting more chrome on his bike so i picked out this awesome grill for the bike ta da (he loves it) :)
